Entrance terms

• Infants under 2 are free we will require age proof. At the time of entry the infant is 2 years or above we would require the responsible adult to purchase a ticket at the gate.
• Adults coming to the attraction with an infant under 2 years will pay AED 50 for first adult for full day. Additional adult is AED 50.
• All persons entering Mattel Play! Town are subject to the rules and regulations of entry as displayed at the main entrance.
• Attending parents can relax in our coffee shop or read a magazine and take that moment for themselves with children playing nearby.
• Children above 1.2 m height must be accompanied by a responsible adult upon arrival and departure at Mattel Play! Town.
• Children under 1.2 m height must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times and will not be allowed to leave Mattel Play! Town without their parents or guardians.
• We require at least one responsible adult per five children entering the facility.
• Responsible adults will not be allowed to exit without their child.
• Mattel Play! Town reserves the right to alter the opening and closing time, remove or cancel any part of the experience for any reason including but not limited to health and safety, operational issues, maintenance, special events and private functions.

Online Booking terms

• All bookings are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable.
• Online booking confirmations must be shown in print or on a smart device at the venue to access and all bookings must be exchanged for tickets or voucher to enter the attraction.
• Online bookings do not include any retail or food and beverage items unless specifically listed.
• Online promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer and can only be used for online bookings.

Full Day Ticket terms

• The Full Day ticket will give you single entry to the attraction for full day.
• This Full Day ticket is applicable on the date of choosing.
• This Full Day ticket gives you access to all areas of the attractions.
• Infants below 2 years enter free. Responsible adult pays AED 50 per adult. Additional adult is AED 50.

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, all trademarks, copyright and database rights, in the content and materials included throughout the Website, including but not limited to, graphics, text, images, software, digital downloads and audio clips, are the sole property of ["Meraas"] and/ or its affiliates and are protected to the fullest extent by applicable trademark, copyright and database laws, and all such rights are reserved.
